Amber Pratt, principle of Woodridge Homes, is a Belmont University graduate and was raised in the Craig family home building enterprises. Amber worked alongside her father, master craftsman and builder, her entire life. As a member of this building family tradition, she facilitated successful business strategies in managing the financial side of the building business.
Amber also leads the Woodridge Homes Design Team. Amber developed her love for design at an early age while working hand in hand with designers through staging model homes, presiding over previous Parade of Homes and directing the many facets of the residential design process. Amber believes in approaching each project with dedication, attention to detail, due diligence, and dependability. Amber’s talented team works closely under her direction to make the design process a collaborative effort from within.
Amber and Ted live in Franklin, Tennessee with their 3 children and 2 dogs. When not building your home, they can be found spending time family at the lake, at a dance competition with her daughters or at the baseball fields with their son.
