Jordan Vaughn joined Woodridge Homes in 2010, heading up the sales and marketing side of the business. Jordan’s roots run deep when it comes to new home constructions. As a teenager, Jordan’s summers and after school were spent working for his family on construction sites. In the summer of 1995, he had the opportunity to join one of Nashville’s premier locally owned builders.
Jordan, now a licensed Real Estate Broker, has spent the last 19 years successfully assisting new homeowners find and build the home of their dreams. Jordan delivers an exceptional new homes sales experience because of his new construction experience and his understanding of the superior craftsmanship available in Woodridge Homes. Jordan currently serves as the President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS and was named REALTOR® of the Year by his peers.
Jordan is happily married to his wife Kristen and they live in Franklin, Tennessee with their 2 children and dog. When not working tirelessly for his clients Jordan can be found at the softball fields with his family or leading his church college ministry.
