While serving his country, Ted Pratt learned how to work as a cohesive, well-orchestrated team for the U.S. military and the key lessons he learned have helped him to become a successful business leader. His military background reinforced the commitment, attention to detail, planning, logistics, effort, adaptability, persistence, discipline and integrity needed to succeed in the military, business and life.
Ted married Amber Craig and joined the Craig family, one of Nashville’s premier building families. Now as a second-generation home builder, Ted has been building exceptional quality homes in the Nashville area and has a wealth of experience in nearly every aspect of the home building process.
In 2006, Ted and his wife Amber, founded Woodridge Homes, LLC with the vision to deliver a building experience that is unmatched and strives to exceed their customers’ expectations in every part of the home building process.
When not onsite with one of our homeowners or at the office, Ted can be found at the lake with his family or riding UTVs in the mountains of East Tennessee. Ted’s competitive side comes out if you are ever challenged to a game of darts, horseshoes, basketball, softball…. or just about any other sport there is!
